i enjoyed he’s just not into you and slumdog millionaire. 2 recent movies i watched. im intrigued by all people are reacting to the former, as its been a long while since i last heard the audience clapped after the movie (the last i recall was star wars and erm LOTR) so i was kinda taken aback. ok the show was pretty nice, quote-worthy lines and the an all-star ensemble so that was cool. incidentally, i think the women are actually more famous than the men in this show, cos i can rattle off the names of the actresses and not so much for the men. for me, i think drew barrymore looks great; how she is ageing oh so gracefully. she still looks so youthful despite already in her late 30s? jennifer aniston as usual looks pretty fab and i do think her body is really nice. She is 40 this year and i think she got a really cute bum and her arms are nicely toned. Her boobs are in the right proportion to her figure too. one can also wish to look like her when you are 40. Speaking of boobs, scarlett johansson, oh man. her boobs are huge man. Its natural im sure but i dunno if its her outfit or watever but they are just hanging out. and yea i know she is curvy and all that but i think it may be too much going on there. her face in nice but i n this movie, she seem to be blonder than usual, and it didnt help that she played the role of a home/marriage wrecker….anyway…nice show overall and the stuff they talk about are exceptionally true, something that anyone and everyone has gone through if they have dated or are dating someone.
Slumdog millionaire, what i can say, i just feel that the overall style of the director is very train-spotting? haha ok so its the same director, but the look and feel of how the scenes take place seem reminscent of the earlier movie. especially that cess pool/shitty scene. the same stuff happned in trainspotting aint it? anyways, the movie was fabulous and now i cant get this song out of my head.. LOVE IT!

im feeling quite erratic lately, my moods i mean. not sure exactly why. i dislike the fact that sometimes its hard to keep emotions in check, ive been sucessful on some occasions but on others i fail. though this is a skill to be perfected, which has to be honed over the years. and i think i managed to do that, somewhat.
it just frustrate me when i think a certain way, feel another and i have to say something – not sure if i should say how i feel or what i think. Reason is always better i think (generally) cos guys do not entertain emotional outbursts. and the more this happens, the more detestable you are, less desirable and the higher the likelihood of the relationship not working. i know there are exceptions but i think guys generally appreciate a mature , reasonable girl who thinks logically and not be paranoid or irrational all the time. cos they wont be able to handle it otherwise.
have been meaning to blog about this but had to put it off due to numerous reasons. haha. i had a really good time clubbing with closed ones and new friends at a recent trip to butter. have been meaning to go there for the longest time but somehow didnt get down to doing it. coupled with mixed reviews, crappy previous experiences as well as getting the right people to the venue were all considerations which we have to factor in so im glad wefinally pulled it off. the music was actually better than i expected, particularly because i always think phuture had been pretty fab, but the only problem with phuture was that it takes a long while before the crowd warms up and the music to be warmed up as well. haha. for some reason, phuture music at 11+ will be slow, or some rock-inspired tunes would beplayed. you only get to have the rng stuff as it progresses through the night. compare this to butter, it was a full onslaught of the latest rnb tunes mixed with the old ones, all good ones by the way, by 11. And the best part is the crowd needs no warming up. Or maybe the small dancefloor helped cos people already started dancing when we were there.
anyway, all in all a good night, with fab music, equally cool people. but slightly marred by a small incident of green tea being “accidentally” spilt on my top. which in turn led me to pour the remaining fluid onto the girl’s hair as she walked past. haha i seriously dont know why i did that or how i could have actually done something like that… looking back, it was simply…. a reflex action. it all happened so quickly and so naturally. haha shit man. good thing i wasnt slammed for it. though i think the people around me (particularly those whom i met for the first time that night) were genuinely shocked/surprised, but i just thought i was all damn funny. the girl should have just watched where she was going man. oh well!
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Rihanna’s injuries were severe — two “huge contusions” which swelled up on both sides of her forehead. We’re told she also suffered “a bloody lip and nose.”
One of the law enforcement people put it this way — the contusions “look like an MMA fighter or something … [It] looked like she was growing devil’s horns.”
We’ve also heard that Rihanna may have suffered bite wounds on one of her legs and arms, however, one source close to the situation tells us he doubts that is the case.
Chris Brown has been booked on a felony criminal threats charge. If the D.A. files the case, domestic violence charges could be added.
Law enforcement sources tell us even though the police report in the Chris Brown arrest refers to assault with a deadly weapon, there was no weapon involved in the alleged attack.
The police report cites Penal Code Section 245 — Assault with a Deadly Weapon. However, we’re told there was no weapon involved.
We had been hearing there was an umbrella in the car — which would have been the most ironic thing ever — but again… no weapon is alleged. By the way, a persons foot or other body part can be considered a deadly weapon depending on the circumstances.
One law enforcement source who has been dead-on so far claims Rihanna suffered contusions and bite marks.

i call myself the blister girl in the past but over the years, the situation has improved as I become more savvy when it comes to purchasing shoes which are comfortable and yet of course aesthetically pleasing to the eye. But of course every now and then there would be a miss and then i get the dreadful blister. i always have my doubts with aldo cos the last time i bought a pair (that was a few years back), i liked how it looked when i tried them on and walked around the shop a lil. But after wearing it several times, i gave up cos i ended up having *wretched toes. My toes are wretched not solely because of aldo but it is a contributing factor.Anyways, i recently revisted aldo cos there is this particular pair that looks oh-so-good, but im happy to say after wearing them twice to club, twice for work, its ultra comfy now. and i dun even have to wax or bite the shoes!! (apparently, there is a myth that says you wun get blisters if you do the above, but bite the shoes? yuck.)
*My toes are still wretched due to the prolonged exposure to heels , but cannot help it! Looks good and i do like the additional height it provides, Nevertheless i switch to flats every now and then, but i suppose the damage is already done. lols
